Recent Studies question the risk of popular fluoroquinolones versus their benefits. Medical experts are currently studying the impact of these drugs and an FDA Advisory Panel has recommended warning the public of these risks. Meanwhile lawyers are filing cases for some injuries and studying the legal causation of other injuries. We expect more cases to be filed soon.

Fluoroquinolones such as Levaquin, Cipro, Avelox, and Factive have been linked with aortic dissection and aortic aneurysm, according to recent studies. TorHoerman Law is currently filing lawsuits on behalf of individuals who experienced an aortic dissection or aortic aneurysm after/during taking Levaquin, Cipro, Avelox, or Factive.

TorHoerman Law is also currently analyzing the possibility of filing cases on behalf of individuals who have experienced a “constellation of symptoms” as defined by the FDA. An FDA advisory panel is recommending the FDA take action to warn the public about the risk of a life-altering disability referred to as Fluoroquinolones Associated Disability (FQAD).
